Chart shows all the data on small boats as published by the Home Office (HO).
The UCL is split as follows comparing 2022 (limit c.10) with 2023 (limit c.7) but both unpredictable. The other limit (c.14) is the data for the MoD time as responsible for small boats and the limit (c.5) is for the HO time. The final limit (c.7) is also the boats since the 'Stop the boats' pledge.
Overall, the whole complex situation is not predictable.
