Developing employees
Based on 20 years experience, our Six Sigma courses are ENBIS endorsed and comply with ISO18404 & ISO13053.
Our flagship course is -
Six Sigma Green Belt with Lean Practitioner - This is a practical course held in situ, over 10 days.
Each delegate will complete an open book exam, a professional improvement project worth at least £15000 to the business and produce a portfolio of evidence of work-based activities that demonstrate alignment to the competencies detailed in ISO184040.
The aim is for the business to establish a group of trained leaders in problem solving and improvements to the day to day business processes.
