This course is aimed at individuals who want to learn the skills of Six Sigma and Lean outside a workplace setting. The course is run virtually.

The course covers the knowledge required to understand Six Sigma to Green Belt standard and Lean to Practitioner standard as defined by ISO18404 ( BS ISO 18404:2015 - Six Sigma - Competencies of personnel in relation to Six Sigma and Lean).​

The course teaches a practical structure for problem solving and the implementation of a Lean process/system. Tools and Techniques are taught using practical exercises to maximize the learning experience.
