Six Sigma, as with all business change programmes, involves changing major business value streams that cut across organizational barriers. It is the means by which the organization's strategic goals are to be achieved. This effort cannot be led by anyone other than the Management Team, who are responsible for the performance of the organization as a whole. Six Sigma must be supported from top.

 

This course provides all management teams need to know about Lean and Six Sigma. The course is a mixture of practical exercises and discussion to ensure the barriers to change are understood.​
